Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping in Denmark on all orders and free international shipping on orders over 200€. All other shipping rates can be found here.

My country is not on the shipping list.

Please contact us and we'll see what we can do about it.

How quickly do you ship?

Delivery time for Danish orders is 1-2 working days and 2-4 working days for international orders.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information

Can I return or exchange my order?

If you want to return or exchange an order, please return it to the below address and make sure to mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS”. Also remember to fill out and include the return slip that came with your order.

Can I return or exchange my order for free?

All returns and exchanges are at your own expense. We’ll send out exchanges for free.

Can I make changes to my order?

You can make changes to your order, if you do so immediately after you have placed it. Use the contact form and make sure to state your order number and requested changes.

I typed the wrong delivery address/email on my order.

I want to cancel my order.

When do I receive my refund?

We process refunds as soon as we receive the returned item. Please allow for a few business days for the refund to be transferred. Refunds can only be made to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. You’ll be notified by email, when we have processed your refund request.

I have received an incorrect size or item with my order.

If this happens, we’re very sorry. Please contact us and make sure to state your order number and the item that was missing or incorrect. If you need to return an incorrect item, we’ll provide you with a return label. We do not refund return receipts.

There are items missing from my order.

If this happens, we’re very sorry. Please contact us and make sure to state your order number and the item that was missing. We’ll ship the missing item right away.

I have a product complaint or reclamation.

If any of the products that you ordered did not live up to your expectations, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do about it.

Will there be import taxes on my order?

There are no import taxes for all Danish and EU orders. There might be import taxes for non-EU orders. However, SAYSKY cannot be held accountable for this. Non-EU orders are exempt of Danish VAT and will therefore receive a 25% discount.
