EXPORT & RETAIL MARKETING MANAGER – SAYSKY
SAYSKY is looking for an Export & Retail Marketing Manager to take ownership of how our brand shows up and is activated across wholesale and retail globally.
Since 2013, we have been creating high performance apparel for runners worldwide, combining technical functionality and Scandinavian aesthetics.
In this role, you will ensure consistency, visibility, and strong execution across all partner-touchpoints - from stores to events to digital platforms.
You will work across brand, retail, agents and distributors as well as engaging communities and athletes. This role reports to Kim Sørensen, Head of Sales, and you'll be stepping into a team of 4 people who work every day to make SAYSKY the number one choice for run specialty retailers when it comes to apparel and apparel accessories.
The role is hands-on and dynamic, requiring strong structure, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities. You should be a great people person, understand the differences within culture as well as having the ability to activate and create enthusiasm for the great running culture of SAYSKY.
Key responsibilities:
In-Store Presence & Retail Materials
- Oversee in-store brand presence, ensuring strong visibility, storytelling, and execution.
- Coordinate in-store materials, POS, and window displays with internal and external partners.
- Maintain and update the global store locator.
- Prepare and distribute fabric swatches and seasonal materials ahead of sell-in.
Events & Athlete Activation
- Plan and execute wholesale and export events, including coordination, logistics, and on-site support.
- Activate local athletes and connect them with retailers to support community initiatives.
Partner Support & B2B Platform
- Support retailers, agents, and distributors with campaigns, assets, and daily communication.
- Manage our Shopify B2B platform, including product setup, assortments, storytelling and content accuracy.
- Plan and create B2B newsletters.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with brand or retail marketing or similar role.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across markets.
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Being able to travel.
