E-Commerce Coordinator at Saysky
We’re looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team in Copenhagen. This is an entry-level role at the core of our e-commerce setup — and a great place to start and build your career within a global brand.
You’ll work closely with our e-commerce and marketing teams, supporting everything from product launches to daily webshop operations across our international stores.
The Role
This is a hands-on, operational role.
A big part of the job is making sure everything runs as it should — from product launches and campaign setups to day-to-day updates across our webshops.
Some tasks are repetitive and detail-heavy, but they’re essential to how we operate.
This is where you learn how e-commerce actually works. You’ll get close to launches, campaigns, and performance — and grow into more responsibility over time.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day webshop operations across multiple markets
- Prepare and execute product launches (products, content, collections, timing)
- Ensure products are correctly set up with images, copy, tags, and inventory
- Support campaign execution across site, email, and marketing channels
- Maintain and update collection pages, bundles, and front-end merchandising
- Assist with newsletters and automated flows in Klaviyo
- Monitor site performance and flag issues or opportunities
- Support coordination between e-commerce, marketing, and other teams
- Help structure and maintain product and content data across platforms
Requirements & Skills
- Some experience with e-commerce — either through a student job, internship, or 1–2 years in a similar role
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Experience with Klaviyo or comparable email/CRM tools is a plus
- Curious about using AI and automation to work smarter and improve workflows
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn — not afraid to take on operational tasks
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Danish is a plus but not essential
- A passion for running or an active lifestyle is a strong advantage
