Location: Copenhagen HQ | Full-time | On-site
SAYSKY is looking for a Buyer to take ownership of our buying operations.

Since 2013, we have been creating high performance apparel for runners worldwide, combining technical functionality and Scandinavian aesthetics. In this role, you are responsible for keeping the entire purchasing flow moving with full control over accuracy, timing, and execution.

The position is hands on and operational. You will manage purchase orders, pricing, supplier communication, and ERP data, ensuring that all parts of the buying process are aligned and running as expected. This requires strong structure, attention to detail, and the ability to stay on top of multiple moving parts at the same time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the purchasing flow from price negotiation to order placement and delivery, ensuring best price, quality, accuracy, timing, and execution.
  • Ensure fabric and trims bookings and maintain a clear overview of greige commitments aligned with forecasting and order volumes.
  • Oversee and develop reports on product and sales performance across all channels.
  • Make data-driven analysis to secure range plan and buying forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate product master data and manage purchase orders in ERP system.
  • Monitor stock levels to support replenishment and NOOS continuity.
  • Handle inbound logistics from supplier to warehouse.
  • Ensure smooth cross-functional communication between Design, Logistics and Suppliers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in buying within performance or fashion apparel.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven ability in cost negotiation and supplier management.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes, production timelines, and delivery management.
  • High level of data accuracy and system discipline, with experience working in ERP systems (Business Central preferred).
  • Strong Excel skills are required for the role, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working with inventory management and forecasting.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders, suppliers, and timelines simultaneously without losing structure or precision.
  • Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written.

Qualifications:

  • Structured and detail-oriented with solid execution skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex data, combined with an interest in AI and new technologies that can improve buying accuracy and processes.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes and driving efficiency.
  • It will be a plus if you are passionate about sports, with a genuine interest in performance apparel.
