- Rediscover the joy in running that wasn’t quite there in -18.
- To once again run a sub 42 min 10 km race (last time was 2012).

Big goals for 2019: Obviously Copenhagen Marathon in May, then another Marathon in late September, this time in Berlin. The goal is to get as close to the 3hour limit as possible, preferably do them both in Sayskys light running gear, as it never let’s me down, the rest is up to the weather ☀️

1 1/2 years ago i didnt run unless somebody was after me and nobody never was that. In 2018 i finished My first halvmarathon. In 2019 i will run 3 halfmarathons and a lot faster than the first one… It needed 2 hours for that…one Thing i have learned is that New gear makes you faster, so i think the 100 euro for saysky clothing could help me achive i goals for 2019💪😉

To finally get the hang of front crawl and swim my second Olympic Distance Triathlon in Hamburg completely in front crawl. Also there is this Triathlon Relay next year, where I have to jump from the dock into the water at the start. Since I am totally afraid of jumping into the water, this will be a big challenge for me. And I would love to run a half marathon next year clearly under 2 hours. This year I managed to cross the finish line just under the 2 hour mark (1:59:21)… So next year will be exciting and I am already nervous! But I am putting together a training plan and already looking for a water jumping training dock. Everything will be ok!

Tilbage i form, når jeg har født vores lillebror feb 2019. I form for mig betyder at kunne løbe 5 km igen, smide det ekstra fedtlag og opbygge en god muskelmasse på arme, ryg og mave alt imens baby ligger i liften og er med. 4 x træning om ugen…
